The internet was so horrible I had to write this review from home. Management has also removed all electrical outlets. Two Starbucks standards that make me a frequent customer intentionally removed or degraded. Went here today and the manager is very rude talking bad things in “Japanese” and she’s talking to another lady staff, she didn’t know that I can understand her. Such a rude manager! They should replace her. I spent more than ¥20,000 purchased limited Sakura 5 tumblers plus 2 coffee. Got 2 hot coffee without Hot Cup Coffee Sleeve. The...
