The entrance of the restaurant is not stroller/wheelchair friendly. 8 ish inch gape filled with rocks before entering. Be prepared for that. You can lift it over. The server seated us and turned us to a QR code for the menu and ordering. It didn’t work until I connected to their WiFi. Water was self serve. They brought out each of us a black glove to eat our tacos with, because it’s messy. Very nice display of food. My personal opinion is that it was very pricey. Not on my list to come back. Unless I’m craving the salad. (But I could make it at home for cheaper.)

My husband review on his tacos: BEK taco top 2 piece combo: two tacos and curly fries Garlic shrimp Shrimp was really big. Made it hard to eat. Would have preferred more smaller shrimp to enjoy with each bite. Flavor was in a good direction. The oil added a nice touch to each bite along with the herbs. I did lose those flavors when chewing the big shrimp.

The golden experience- You had to get to the center of the taco to have the full experience of all the flavors to balance out. First bite experience was too much sauce and too chewy. Little bit of a spice was a good note. The chicken tasted fresh. We both enjoyed the tortilla bread itself.

South African- Chicken and cheese taco. Very underwhelming. This was literally dripping with grease. Which is to be expected with a cheesy taco. But man, way too much cheese. I couldn’t even taste the chicken in the taco. I added curly fries to it to try and add some crunch to it. But the cheese enveloped it. It didn’t make a difference.

The avocado chicken salad- buttermilk dressing: This was delicious! I would come back to eat this. Soft avocado and well seasoned chicken. Had pepper sprinkled over the salad.

Kids meal- Chicken cheese taco, salad and curly fries- I almost ordered this for myself as it was what looked good. My kids enjoyed it. Probably wouldn’t add raw onion to a kids salad though. Too...

I had been wanting to go to blue entrance for a long time because their posts of their birria tacos looked SO good. Maybe this is where I went wrong because my expectations were high. First off, the menus are a convoluted disaster. There about 6 menus, some laminated, some are in folders, and regrettably some are QR codes. Trying to get our order arranged was like a puzzle. I got the wagyu birria tacos but the lunch “combo” they had set up made zero sense??? It didn’t come with a drink, and you had to pay for a side?? That’s not a combo?? I tried asking the waitress about it, it took a good while to wave her down because the music was so loud. Don’t wanna sound like a boomer but damn, it was pretty loud for a Thursday afternoon. It was not busy at all and one of the kitchen staff themselves noticed we were being ignored, so they stoped what they were doing and helped us which was appreciated. When the waitress did come over later she did not understand what I was saying and was seemingly in a rush to get away. The food came pretty fast but the taste was forgettable. I was expecting this zesty explosion of flavor that I would expect from Mexican food, but it tasted like a taco you would get at a British pub. The texture was good! But that’s all I can say. The atmosphere is clean and modern, it would be a good time with a large group of friends. If I lived closer, I might give it another chance but honestly my disappointment was insurmountable and my day was ruined. It was...

I’ve been to bek three times but today’s service was horrible. The waitress waved me off while on her phone talking to another customer. They never gave us a menu so we had to get ourselves. They then gave us our food which was cold. After asking for them to reheat our food the food was still cold. We ask for take out boxes for the tacos and soup only received boxes for the taco and had to get up and get our own box for the soup. While we were waiting I watched the waitress lick her fingers as she made another customer drink. Non of the staff had glove except for manger, they causal talked and were on their phone while customers waited for service. They never once’s washed there hands even after being on there phones and licking their fingers. I normally don’t leave reviews but after service like this it needed to be done. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else. We did speak with the manager and he was more than helpful and professional. I just hope this fixes any future issues. This was my third time coming and my first...

I ordered Orange Juice with the meal. I was surprised when they brought this fake cheap juice(kids meal OJ), extra 300yen for this… I didn’t expect that. Instead of fries, I ordered salad with extra 100yen but it was tiny and some of the lettuce didn’t look good so I avoided. But the dressing was tasty. This is not tortilla but more like naan bread. Thick and hard to chew. The way of ordering was QR code, one for menu and one for ordering and paying… I saw other people have a trouble ordering, too. I did not like that I had to type my full name, email and phone number just to order food… The music was pretty loud but not only that, the songs were inappropriate for restaurants or kids. It’ll be very awkward if your child speaks English. I’m glad my child wasn’t with me today because it’s be very awkward. The food tasted good, just a few things I didn’t like but I hope they can improve in the future.
