I went out looking for a quiet place to have dinner when the boys called and told me they were having drinks at Mohan's Belgian Brewhouse. They totally twisted my arm and I met them for a few drinks, but I was still hungry. Mohan asked me what I wanted and he ordered the pizza. Not even asking what toppings, size or kind of pizza, he just ordered. Ten minutes later, this dude comes up with warmer bag and out on a cutting board was this perfect looking pizza you only see on commercials. I swear it could've been a wax display pizza because it looked so perfect. But the first bite I had...it had me doing a double take at Mohan, the pizza, back to Mohan and then the pizza. This joker was incredible! Best pizza I've had south of Tokyo. What I loved about it was that it was heavy on the toppings and the sauce, I'm a saucy guy so I love my pizza gooey with tomato sauce and this was just perfect. Now, I've just got to actually find this izakaya so I can have it fresh from the oven!
