Fantastic food and excellent service. Both our server and the owner were very welcoming. We had the burrata and prosciutto app and it was fantastic. The burrata was fresh and creamy with a quality olive oil drizzled on top and the prosciutto was delicate and had a buttery texture. We also had the calamari appetizer and it was probably the best calamari I've ever had. The batter was light and the calamari was clearly very fresh. It doesn't come with a dipping sauce which I thought was weird at first but it didn't need one at all! The lemon squeezed on top was just enough. My husband and I both ordered the mushroom pasta and it was rich in flavor and had TONS of mushrooms. We shared a cannoli and pistachio ice cream dessert. The cannoli are tiny but delicious and honestly just the right size after a filling meal. The pistachio ice cream was incredible. I'd love to just buy a tub of it to go from him. 😆 They do not take card, it is cash only. Unsurprisingly because lots of Japan is this way but we came unprepared and my husband had to run down to the conbini down the road real quick while I waited. No big deal! Best Italian food in Yokosuka. The prices are a little bit above average in the area for Italian food, but there’s a reason why. I took my wife here and she loved it as well. Started with a bottle of wine, and it was great. Then we had a few appetizers, all which were stunning. The quality of every dish is superb. The steak was cooked perfectly. Love love LOVE this place! It’s cozy and everything you could want for a trip down memory lane of past Italy vacations. The fantastic chef was also our waiter and so kind and helpful! I was pleasantly surprised at how well he juggled so many things at once without batting an eye. The food was incredible too, not to mention the fresh ricotta cannolis deliciously paired with a scoop of Pistachio gelato after the meal was 10/10! Absolutely my new favorite Italian...
