Kochopan — Restaurant in Yufu

A local bakery tucked away in a side street close to the train station; this was our final stop before our way out of Yufuin. It was a pleasant surprise to visit a local bakery with a Japanese contemporary twist: they bake their breads using the onsen water and have interesting taste variations - basil and green cheese, miso and walnuts, etc.
