Edit: I'm grateful for the actions and responses of the owner. Recognizing the challenges of running a small business, I've decided to increase my review from 1 star to 3 stars. Wishing the owner all the best, as the store's concept is nice.

The following is my original review: My experience was markedly different from the reviews I've read here. My wife, intrigued by the idea of customizing shoes, was considering making a purchase. (I believe there is over a 90% chance that my wife will purchase the shoes.) As a designer, she was happy to explore various design options. However, a staff member approached us in a rude manner, instructing her not to touch anything. This staff member repeatedly returned, maintaining their rudeness throughout. Consequently, my wife left the store hastily, deeply upset by the experience. If the store has specific procedures for purchasing or designing that customers should follow, I would recommend they display these guidelines clearly. Alternatively, I feel compelled to write a review highlighting how we are treated by the staff. I hope this uncomfortable experience with English communication was just a one-time occurrence.
