来店するお客さんの年齢層とメニューの値段が高めの和食レストラン。 「大海老天重」茶碗蒸し付き(1850円)の 冷たいうどん 「大海老天セイロうどん」(1520円) 「串かつ 味噌3本•ソース3本」(930円) を注文、手延うどんは 甘めの つゆでいただきます。 休日のランチで利用しましたが、海老天にしろ 串かつのカツにしろ 結構な値段の割には、食材は そんなに いいものではなかったです。 今から30年以上前、学生の頃に厨房でアルバイトをしていた店で、当時は若いバイトの子が多くて、チームワークも良く みんな真面目で 楽しく一生懸命働いていました。手荒れがひどくなり すぐに辞めてしまいましたが… 懐かしいです。

They apply a tablet to order in each table. But the application's user interface is horrible. Dishes are buried in very strange categorizing and hard to imagine in which category, what kinda dishes are listed. Finding price and quantity were also not intuitive. It was quite irritating. Dishes were ok. Just order application is super bad. In addition, the tablet isn't well cleaned and my finger got sticky so that it was hard to swipe pages back and forth.
