Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Zushi

We ordered delivery. 40 minutes after ordering it said the pizza was still being prepared. We called and they said we ordered for take away... That can't be true, we have the email showing the estimated delivery time. Later, they admitted the mistake and said they now see it is set for delivery. They gave us a new time of delivery for 30 min from the call. The pizza was over 1 hour late from the initial estimated time. From order to deliver was almost 2hrs. *See Photos: Our pizza and potatoes boxes were damaged from water and crushed. The char beef pizza had slid and was smooshed inside the box. The food was barely warm especially the potatoes. This is by far the worst Dominos location to order delivery from. This is our 5th order in 1 year from them... 3 other orders were with many mistakes and long delivery times. So bad service in 4 of 5 orders. That's pretty bad and worthy of this negative review. ADVICE: If you order delivery from them via their website... call them right away to verify everything, maybe you will get your order in...

This place used to be run reliably. But apparently from other reviews and my own experience today this location is now ripping people off and stealing money from its customers. Today we waited over 2 hours from our expected delivery time. But our order was never delivered. Shop never reached out at all. I recieved conformation email and the online pizza tracker was updating normally. We waited the first hour assuming that maybe they were low on drivers. Waited an additional hour before checking online that they had just closed, this was 2 hours after our order was placed. We recieved nothing and the online tracker was still showing that our pizza was cooked and waiting to be delivered. Would like a refund as soon as possible. This is ridiculous. The store is now closed and we have not received our order. Unfortunetly because there are no english speakers at this location, I doubt they will honor their mistake or give me a refund. Beware. Highly dont recomend this location anymore. No one else needs to...

The order was over an hour late, to the extent we had to walk to the store as it was about to close. We were told via the app that it was received when it wasn’t - this caused a lot of confusion.

The store seemed very understaffed and they were doing their best, however our order was completely wrong. We spent a lot of money on this order and ended up with a completely plain pizza. We paid extra for two stuffed crusts which we didn’t get. We also paid extra for delivery when we ended up collecting, which can not...
