Awesome vibes, tasty food:
🍤FOOD: Many options, there’s really something for everyone! Everything we tried was really yummy!
👨🍳SERVICE: The staff was really nice and friendly with us! They’re all so chill, maybe because it’s the Shonan area and everyone is much more relaxed 😂
🏖ENVIRONMENT: Such a cool spot! When it’s too sunny just be careful to choose tables that are well covered from the direct sunlight for the whole duration of your stay, plan it well! You can go down the shore from the stairs at the side of the restaurant, such a nice way to wait for your food: enjoy the view and cool your feet into the water of the ocean. I’m going back for a live music event soon, which I’m really looking forward to! ⚠️NOTE: you have to book your spot for the live music event well in advance. They usually start at around 5pm. Check out their website for details and schedules!
💸PRICES: I think it was pretty reasonable for what you get, including the whole experience, food and location.
🚕ACCESS: Pretty hard to reach. We got there by bike, and I think the best way to get there may be by car/taxi. I’m not sure if there’s any buses, but no trains. When you call to book, they ask you how you’re reaching the place to make sure you’re organised.

Read moreI love the atmosphere of this place and the view cannot be beat. The food is always good and plentiful, and the prices are pretty typical for this kind of place in Japan - a little pricey, but not outrageous. There is live music, great mojitos (albeit at Japanese strength, which means "weak", LOL) and at night the candles make it very romantic and ideal for a summer date.
The downside is that the service can be spotty. You usually have to flag down the waitress and wait quite a while for service. I think this is part of its charm, however, since the atmosphere is meant to be laid back and relaxed. If you chill, it won't really bother you. The real problem is that you can't really walk there, and can't really drive there. It's 20 minutes on foot from the station walking next to a busy highway, and if you drive you have to park in a paid parking lot down the road and then run across the highway with your heart in your throat because traffic never really slows down.
This place is rather unique for Japan, and I would go much more often if it were easier to get to, and yeah... if the drinks were...
Read moreThis is my second time coming here. The food is really delicious and the place is comfortable, but I’m very disappointed with the service. We felt we were treated a bit differently compared to the local guests here. If taking photos or videos is not allowed, please consider putting that information on your website or posting a sign in the restaurant. Maybe we did take a lot of pictures, but at the time we thought it was fine because there were only a few customers and we weren’t blocking or disturbing anyone. However, the way we were reprimanded made us feel like children who didn’t know that the place was a restaurant, not a photo studio. Just a bit of feedback for the future: please try to be more considerate with your words and respect your...
