Every international football break, the Masterful Mr M comperes the tri-monthly event involving a bingo style card game in which competitors battle it out to win the cash prize. Quite honestly some of the most fun I've ever had in a pub.
The thrift is one of the best communities in the Channel Islands, with outstanding bonuses and locals often building quite the cheeky end of year retirement find; I know I appreciated my all expenses paid business class trip to the over night sheep racing in Sark.
