Park House Thai Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in St. Helier

Park House left a 4yr old child waiting over 1 hour for food….which never came.

As a walk in when there was only one other active table, we ordered and our drinks and starters arrived. Then we waited and waited and waited for our mains which never arrived. After over one hour since ordering, and watching table after table be seated, served, eat, pay and leave as well as countless takeaway orders be collected we just walked out with now tired and very hungry child in tow.

Disappointing does not even begin to cover it. Purely based on the abysmal service it’s 1 star all round. Won’t be visiting again or...

I had a large fried rice with vegetable and prawns...it was too salty and prawns were not fresh and left-over vegetble where there were 2 pieces of uncooked tomatoes which is unusal in fries rice...the prwns seemed to be the dried ones that been soaked in water...I live in an Island and l could know if the prawn is fresh or dried..I waved to get my bill a lady in red, who seemed to be a chef came and asked .."did you enjoy"...Once l gave her my honest feedback and asked her about the prawn....she didn't like to discuss and walked away...I was...

Always busy, always delicious. Many would pass by the unobtrusive facade of the Park House, which doesn’t have to try hard with decor or ambience because of the sheer quality of the food. Everything is prepared fresh, without fuss and incredibly fast. Recommended for those who like quality Thai food at reasonable prices. Just don’t ask for anything hot. Believe me, medium is enough.
