The Café Bar — Restaurant in St. Helier

Amazing atmosphere, music and location, but that was about the only positive thing about this place.

It's fine for a drink, but the prices are horrendous. £2.10 for a small glass of pepsi is just rediculous.

My server was not warm and friendly at all. However the other couple of staff members were friendly.

All in all, not worth the money. It's a massive shame, because the ambience and the view is so good. Please update the prices accordingly and I'll think about...

Staff were quite rude and the food was poor. The Tofish 'n' Chips (£10.50) was absolutely dreadful; with thin breading around floppy and wet tofu. Worse yet, it's listed under "Specials" on the menu. The Homemade Hummus Wrap (£8.00) tasted fine, but was wrapped so poorly that the whole thing fell apart on touch. There are plenty of decent restaurants in St. Helier, so I'd recommend...

We love the Cafe Bar at Pomme d'Or!!! The service & food are both amazing! Every meal we have had has been excellent. The staff are wonderful, & so friendly. The best waiter is Abhishek. He is a credit to the hotel, & is really hardworking. He goes out of his way to make every visit special. We have made a new friend for life!!...
