I have been in Astana and in general in Kazakhstan several times but such experience never happened to me! I just entered with my partner in this Coffee Boom branch and firstly we have been ignored for 10 minutes and after soliciting attention, the waiter came and asked us if we were ready to order ( how to order without a menu?!?!). We asked him for a menu, he brought them and after deciding what to eat, we have been waiting additional 20 minutes without anyone coming and taking the orders. Four/five waiters apparently not busy and none came to us! The place was quite empty, so we really cannot explain why they did this to us. It is a real pity cause, as foreigner, I really appreciate this brand! We stood up and we left the place without eating and more than unsatisfied. Lack of professionalism and customer service...

We were a big group and everybody asked a few questions about food. The server did her best to answer all of our questions and accommodate our requests. The service was slow, but considering how busy they were and requests we had, they gave us very attentive and accommodating services.

Официант, который изначально принял наш первый заказ, был какой-то вялый, не особо чувствовалось желание показать хороший сервис с его стороны. В какой-то момент я почувствовала, что нахожусь в кафе самообслуживания: решили заказать ещё напиток; пришлось идти и самим просить меню, потом самим идти искать хоть какого-то официанта чтобы приняли заказ; потом наш несчастный мохито стоял на барной стойке готовый и никто не хотел его нам принести-пришлось идти и самим его забирать.
