Borscht is a Russian dish. My buddy super 🐝 likes it more than me. I prefer it to have a little more texture with beets, cabbage and onions not entirely melted

Beef cutlets was our favorite. A little crunchy, possibly pan-fried Salisbury steak smothered with Hollandaise sauce or something similar. It also comes with mashed potatoes

Funchose reminds me of Korean chapchae. A healthy amount of slices of meat (beef, I think) with glass noodles marinated with soy sauce and possibly a pinch of sesame oil.

Better positioning of the garnish will be prefer, but higher skilled labor may increase the cost of production... so ignore this statement

The juice is a little sweet, but so is almost every dish in Kazakhstan. This is their cultural taste, you can also ignore this comment.
