Disclaimer, this review is not about the facilities nor the food which is more than decent. Instead my main focus is on service and in particular service above and beyond. You see, I had a meeting at that particular cafe just about when the rainy season started this year and so naturally I had my umbrella with me. A black umbrella, so nothing that remarkable except it was a full size umbrella with a marked wooden handle; which I mistakenly left after having my meeting and coffee in the evening. My friend offered to give me a ride which is why I must not have thought much about the umbrella I left behind. Fast forward to 4.5 weeks later.... I've been missing my umbrella and after going to all the places, I showed up back at the cafe thinking that I left it here. I met Mildred and described the umbrella and she said she had seen that a while back and it was at lost and found. I initially did have much hope of finding my umbrella given that statistically most umbrellas are black but lo and behold she produced my lost umbrella. Apparently Sharon had been serving me that evening and noted a lost umbrella and notified her manager Mildred. This is a functional team at work. This is integrity on display. Downgraded to just another one-star service. Came in today at around 12:15, sat outside .... no one came out to take our order. We lost patience and left.

Not coming here again!

Management probably needs to check who they hire there.

Nice place for a quick meal.

PROs:

Quick service, the place wasn't very crowded. Good for a quick meal if you made a stop at a nearby gas station to fill up your car. Also good to work on your laptop, ala Starbucks. They have a big industrial fan inside so it is nice and comfortable during a hot day.
