Mc Fry's-Nairobi West — Restaurant in Nairobi

I have just come from your Nrb West branch. There is a lady infront of the guy who serves food from kitchen. This lady to say the least is hopeless. I felt she had a large order so I asked her how long it will take she said, " very short time". How short ? Less than 3 min. I asked are you sure you don't have a large order? She no but we also have more frying points?I told her to proceed with order as I went to pay. Goodness, it took more than 6 minutes and now she was hiding and communicating with another gentleman from inside if I was looking at her. Nothing was going on bec fries were not ready. I left my seat came to her, believe me she couldn't apologize instead she says " you can see it's being made". I had ordered fries and quarter chicken - looking how hopeless she looked and not apologetic I told her I have given her the food to eat and I left. I don't think I will go...

The place was less crowded during lunch hour. The service was quick from the cashier to the dispatch area. There was a bit of waiting time as my fries were prepared. I opted for take-out since I was in a hurry. But I wouldn't mind having a seat at the place since it was very clean and cool. There are more seats up stairs... The staff were all friendly, since it was my first time at this particular joint, I walked past the cashier's office, but was redirected by a friendly staff. Now the fries and chicken, well, they lived up to the name, Mc Fries, it was awesome, well made. But for the chicken, it was well made as well, but the quantity seemed an outcry of the price, it seemed redacted or half what I ordered for, nonetheless, I will still visit the place the next time...

Everything about Mc Frys is awesome, from the cleanliness, to the customer service and the food, However, the portions are not directly proportional to the price. Food pricing is completely over rated for a basic meal. They also use Paybill via mpesa which will cost you an additional...
