My first time in Pristina, Kosovo. I spent 2 nights in this very quaint and out of the way hotel. Although not in the city center, it is a great hideaway with a spectacular and quite view of Pristina. The staff was VERY polite and friendly, great service and made you feel very comfortable. Room and bathroom were very clean (no washcloth as some hotels in Europe do not have), free large water in a quite refrigerator, comfortable bed, free Wi-Fi and a safe in the closet. Breakfast had a great choices of meats, cheeses, eggs, fresh bread varieties and a fruit plate. I had dinner in their restaurant - they have an excellent variety of foods with very friendly service and a great view form inside or out on their deck. I wish I could have eaten their again on my second night to sample other dishes. Food was very reasonable priced compared to London, Italy, got quality food and a great price. If I should back to Pristina, I would stay at this cozy friendly Pinocchio Hotel again! ||||Regarding my room - I was in room 402, top floor, with a walkout balcony. An interesting array of rooms too from standard doubles through to ones with jacuzzis and to suites with balconies. ||Eating in is a good option for an evening (great craic with the waiter and bar staff) and though it’s a €10 charge, do book the sauna and steam room - really relaxing and a superb pool to dip in and out of between sessions. Hotel also turned round my suit dry cleaning in 24hrs which was impressive.||I had an excellent stay and a massive “fallimenderit” to all the staff at...
Read moreMy stay at this hotel was fantastic! I stayed here 2 weeks for a work trip and I enjoyed every minute here. The rooms are spacious and I had a big balcony which overlooked the city. The complimentary breakfast was really good and their coffee is the best. The restaurant is top notch with great decor and I was happy with every dish that I ordered. The restaurant also has a great selection of wines. The staff at this hotel really go out of their way to make sure you're having a nice stay and I can't recommend this hotel enough. If this is available you should really consider staying here. It's really a great place...
