Pretty new hotel in the city centre. Rooms are very clean, white linens, nicely decorated and well furnished, including minibar, free coffee and tea machine. Comfortable beds, nice working table, a small closet and a small safe in each room. Bathrooms are very modern, bright, nice and clean. White towels, shampoo and a other set you may ask at reception. Location is great next to pedonal area and government building. Plenty of good bar cafés and restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff. The only downside is unavailability of parking. There's parking across the street but 1Eur per hour. Continental breakfast available but you have to pay for cappuccino or espresso, quite ackward. Rooms on the first floor a bit noisy because of the busy bar café down the street, but a nice place to hang out at evening. Enjoy your stay!

Wonderful hotel. Very clean with a warm vibe. Friendly staff. Close to the center. Amazing breakfast spread. I enjoyed the omelets every morning. The rooms are a good size with comfy beds. The wifi is very good. There is a safe and a refrigerator. There is a grocery store one block away to buy water and other items. The windows open two different ways which is very nice. The toilette is a very narrow in the unit I got. There is no pool or gym. There are no vending machines to buy drinks. There is a very relaxed bar right next door. All in all I loved my stay here and hope to be back again.

We loved our stay at City Inn. Breakfast was the best part. Fresh omelettes each morning + a continental breakfast buffet. The coffee was also delicious. They remembered what we liked and got it ready without asking. The staff was very helpful as well. We asked for little buckets of ice a number of times during our stay and they always accommodated us. They also had a good sense of humor. The hotel is located near the main pedestrian street but is very quiet at night. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever came back to Pristina.

Our suite was dirty (ash from the cigarette, stains in blankets) and bed was broken. AC was some kind of joke i guess in both rooms? We got another room after i told about these problems in the room. Second room was clean and bed was ok, not good as it should, but better than in our first room. AC didn’t work as it should, it didn’t drop room temperature allmost at all and it took over one day on full power to get even close to normal room temperature. I don’t recomend this ”hotel” for anybody. Pricing is like in Monaco and rooms like in hostel. Location and breakfast was ok. I recomend to choose some other hotel for this price. Correct price for this kind of place in Kosovo is maximun 35-50€/night. I’ve been in better hotels in Finland and Austria on the same price. But at least staff was nice and helpful so the main problem of this place is badly maintained rooms for a very high price.

Ps. Your internet site says that hotel is brand new. It seems that your hotel is at least 5 years old. If you think that 5 years old is brand new, i can sell my brand new phone or car for you for...

I had an awful stay at City Inn in Pristina. The hotel lacks basic necessities like hot water and a proper heating system, making it extremely uncomfortable. Showering in cold water in the middle of winter is unacceptable!

Breakfast was supposed to be available until 10:30 AM, but when I arrived at 10:00 AM, the buffet was completely empty—not a single thing left! This is a total failure in hospitality.

To make things even worse, checkout was supposed to be at 12:00 PM, yet at 11:00 AM, reception called and told me to leave immediately. This is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable!

Overall, this hotel is a disaster. Poor management, no hot water, no heating, no proper service—do yourself a favor and stay...
