This restaurant is a truly beautiful and cozy place. The rooftop view is absolutely amazing — I could see the city lights and even catch the sunset! It gave such a romantic and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing or spending quality time with loved ones. The Italian vibes were definitely there, and I could really feel it through the ambiance and the food.
Special thanks to Gigi and Ayu for their warm and friendly service — they were incredibly kind and hospitable. And a big shout-out to Chef Lala, who not only prepared delicious food but also took the time to explain the dishes to us. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more enjoyable.
I only regret discovering this place right before moving out of Kuwait — otherwise, I would definitely come back again and again. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a romantic dinner, a family night out, or just a memorable evening in a luxurious, modern hotel setting.

Read moreonly visit this place if you willing to just enjoy the view and pay a fortune for cold and over priced food and beverages, the food brought to me was served on hot plate where the food was completely cold - alfredo pasta worth 14KD, like seriously and on top cold drinks served only in 120ml glass that to normal fruit juice mix worth 6 each, lol what a joke Voss water worth 3kd, first thing they do is bring it, open it and serve it, done your paying for it finally food portion extremely small and over priced and the taste is no where close to perfect,
if your charging average 22kd/person, at lest match the quality and value for money, just because you are in four seasons and on 21st floor doesn't makes you the best, bad food and extremely overpriced.
I do not recommend this place to anyone, better one can go to sultan chef or babel and enjoy better food for same price, never...

Service was very bad. Had to wait 20 min to be seated with a reservation, the restaurant was half full. Hostess made a huge deal about seating us in the table we wanted.
Waiters had to be reminded of orders, drinks, bread etc.
Worst of all was the quality of the food. Tasted cheap, no texture in the calamari, parmeasan salad was not nice at all. Pasta dishes were ok, but no where worth it, way too expensive for something I can find in Nino. Main dishes were the same as everything else, nothing special. If you're thinking of having dinner in a fancy place with nice music, you can come here, just don't expect much.
Main course safe option would be the sirloin, spaghetti was salty.. Go for an espresso and the chocolate cake by the window on the 21st floor for a nice view, don't bother with the rest...
