Grand Majestic Hotel — Hotel in Mirqab

Although this hotel was neither grand nor majestic, it was a good place to stay and we were happy with the service and quality it provided. It is in an office (?? building and the hotel lobby is on the 17th floor, although you can check out from the ground floor. The lobby was lovely and every night we would enjoy the comfortable seating there with complimentary Arabic coffee and dates. Our room was not particularly big but had everything we needed, including a good shower and BBC on the tv. The view from our 25th floor room would have been amazing, had the windows not been so dirty. Nishima (?) the Sri Lankan breakfast staff, was very nice, as were the guys at security on the ground floor and the fellow who'd give us the coffee every evening. Their service was much appreciated. There is valet parking but we preferred to park ourselves given that we had a rental car. There is free parking behind and next to the hotel. Parking is very chaotic, as is driving and just about everything else in Kuwait. Although we enjoyed our stay, I think Kuwait has a long way to go before it can be considered to be be a major tourist destination for western tourists (however this is no reflection of Grand Majestic, which was a good and reasonably priced place to stay). Had a business meeting... Firstly the location is very strategic and nearby the 2nd business zone in Kuwait city.

Secondly, the ground floor reception team was super responsive and welcoming..

Thirdly, meeting room view was superb and especially at night.

Lastly, we had the privilege to receive a quick tour for the hotel facilities and the rooms with the GM. (Mr. Haggag)

The ballrooms and the gym were well organized.

The rooms has a digital entry, we've visited the ordinary and the Suite and both of the rooms view were spectacular.. Imagine you are on the business trip, tired and once you return to your hotel you get super relax and enjoy night view.

NB: Pool is not available

They also have residential. Hotel apartments in Riggae, this will help whoever is visiting business trip Avenues area. Since it's nearby.

Overal we were happy with the visit enjoyed the accompany of the professionals.
