I previously had a bad experience with the receptionist . However , the management was so professional while dealing with my complaint and took immediate action . If you’re in Kuwait , it’s a must visit restaurant ! Chris was so friendly , smiling all the way and professional since we 1st arrived to the restaurant. We had a nice table , with a great view . After that, we met Juny our waiter . Super friendly ! Professional ! Nonstop smiling and addressing us nicely . He explained the origin behind Sintoho ‘s name : they offer food from Singapore, Tokyo and Hong Kong. He recommended lot of dishes that I was glad I ordered . The food presentation was amazing ! It’s an incredible dining experience at SinToho. Located at the lavish Four Seasons Hotel. Restaurant indoor has a fantastic decoration, suitable for couples, family or private groups and also outdoor section which you can indulge beautiful landscape of Kuwait City. The restaurant provides modern Oriental fusion cuisine. Chef Wattana creates delicate gastronomy. The food is beautifully presented and scrumptious!
