Good food difficult to find the same taste in Kuwait, BUT.. the staff needs to be trained.

To Boss if you are reading this.. you might be earning money but not respect if you dont treat your customer well and with respect.

Your staff at Sargam sweets cashier counter is lost, he seems to be in his own wold all the time, he does not listen when you place an order and responds after 3 to 4 times. The other senior staff i guess behaves as if he is not interested and is dealing with beggers.

There are 2 guys in Sargam sweets both of them mostly handle the cash and act like they dont care.

Sargan chat also has similar staff attitude.

I would say the sweets are the best you can get in Salmiya, Kuwait. I have tried multiple sweets and snacks here from time to time. Ras malai and gulab jamun are favourites. (One thing which hindered is the way of talking or dealing with customers is very bad. I don't know if the fellow was a staff or owner but got a really bad manners of talking.
