Regular to this place however you cannot think of giving feedback to the staff in this place! They are bound to take it personally..eat whatever and however they give you!🙄 Had ordered a Bhel Puri, Dahi Puri, Masala Puri and Samosas for take away. Since I had no cash only card told them will come in a while and pay. On coming home, Bhel Puri had a stale taste maybe due to the murmura and Masala Puri had no spice/taste at all! However to be honest we enjoyed the samosa and Dahi Puri. While going back to pay the cash (almost 3KD)took the unpleasant tasting food boxes to complain and inform them. And you should see the attitude on the face of the staff😡 he is like its ok you don't need to pay for anything. We were like atleast let us pay for the Dahi Puri and Samosas we ate. He is like no need pls leave it and leave from here. We kept insisting but no someone was offended! Must have asked us to leave from there around 15-20 times. So long story short eat whatever you get from here. However it is made, no taste, staff not wearing gloves and making the food, don't bother giving them feedback bcos they can't take it! So I guess thats the end of Sargam for me! When customer service is bad no matter you give the best food it doesn't make...

No proper covid preventive measures followed. Unhygienic way of preparing dishes. No taste and too much sugar in sweets. Waste of money... Workers are not behaving politely. Outside seating facility available but it is just near to the road, all the dust will be settled on the food in seconds. One big drawback is parking problem. No dedicated parking. As the shop is on the road all the customers are parking their vehicles on the road itself and due to this vehicle traffic is blocked. But the shop people aren't cared about such issues. Staff joke and passes sleazy comments about customer with each other in thier mother tongue. The fat uncle with mustache is rude . Yes they are old timers, thats why they are overconfident that no one can catch them. They ignore customer selectively (mild racism/stateism)

We go there only for the food. They cant even keep consistency in that too. Food tastes wiered sometimes. Quality goes out the window is guess.

Customer service is"zero".

It seems the owner made so much money that he dosent care for the customers.
