THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE

We all might have some issues sometimes with the restaurants but I’ve never had such a bad experience like the one I had with M.E.A.T .. ordered from it through Deliveroo .. and after more than an hour I called the restaurant and they told me that my order still there ..ok it happens. When o asked them for how long I need to wait ? The ANSWER was they don’t know and once they have a driver available they will let me know !!!!! When I insisted to know they gave one more hour and a half ..As far as I know if the restaurant stopped taking orders they simply call the client and just apologize and tell him/her that they closed the system or what so ever.. but keeping us waiting and when calling them their answer is I don’t know when we can deliver or once we have a driver available is...

Food is great, interior design is cozy. They have indoor and outdoor seating although its tiny. Its not wheelchair friendly. Parking isnt that easy unless you park in the multiple stories parking. What I really didn’t like is the senior person in that restaurant. He is from a different background than the other staff and he has attitude issue... I went in to the restaurant to have a look as its the 1st time I have ever been to it... asked for permission to take some photos for this review... he was so un friendly . I left then came back after 30 minutes tried the food hence i wrote...

I was staying nearby and in a world full of McD’s and other fast food outlets it was nice to find something a bit healthier.

Although they had a digital menu board it wasn’t very easy to select because it changed too quickly. Maybe a paper menu for slow peeps?

I ordered a grilled halloumi burger, it came within 15 minutes and was tasty. I would have liked the brioche bun slightly toasted too as due to the filling the bun went soft and squishy too quickly.

Definitely worth trying out, should have gone with a food tray option....
