Kuwait Mini-Vlog ❤️ Here’s some things I would recommended doing on a weekend in Kuwait! 1. Visit Marina Crescent - there’s lots of lovely coffee shops and restaurants overlooking the Marina. You can later cross the road to the Marina Mall where they have some amazing shops with local and international brands. 2. Visit the Kuwait Towers at sunset - regarded as the landmark and symbol of Kuwait, this is a must-do when visiting! The view is amazing (you get a full 360 view of the city) There’s also a cafe and restaurant if you fancy a snack of coffee break. 3. Stroll along the beach front - this is something I’d do after visiting the towers as the temperature drops. Loads of restaurants lining the board walk and a really nice place to sit, chill and watch the sunset too. 4. Have dinner at @whiterobata or @tampopo.ramenshop - depending on what vibe you feel, you can head to White Robata (one of the top 50 restaurants in MENA) for a fancy dinner or Tampopo for a more low key affair, you’ll also have best ramen you’ve ever tasted! 5. Visit Shuwaikh Industrial area and have coffee at @masaha13 - the whole area is super cool, picture loads of warehouses converted into boutique clothing stores, hip cafes and restaurants. My favourite is @masaha13 for the best coffee and @solelabkw for the biggest selection of sneakers / trainers you’ve ever seen. 6. Spend an evening at the Souk Al Mabarakiya - grab an Ayran (traditional Turkish yogurt drink) while you walk around and explore the market. There’s so much to do and see here but I highly recommend walking down the perfume avenue… definitely the biggest selection of perfumes and oils I’ve ever seen, you’ll be sure to find yourself a scent you love. #kuwait #kuwaitcityguide #kuwaitguide #travelguide #bucketlisttravel #middleeasttravel #thingstodoinkuwait #middleeasterntravel #menatravel

White Robata never disappoints ,everything was amazing, as always. The kale and quinoa salad was fresh and flavorful, a perfect light start to the meal. The broccolini was also delicious, though a bit spicier than expected — something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to heat. Now, the stars of the night: the short rib mushroom and wagyu sando. Both were absolutely incredible. The short rib was melt-in-your-mouth tender with deep, rich flavors, and the mushrooms added the perfect earthy balance. The wagyu sando … Next-level. Perfectly crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside pure indulgence.🤤 The service was excellent throughout. Attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. My only complaint: it’s still really hard to get a table. I’d definitely recommend booking far in advance if you want to avoid a long wait. Overall, White Robata continues to be one of my go-to spots. Great food, great vibe — just wish it were easier to get in!🤍

We were only in the city for a day, so I researched the top restaurants in Kuwait City and White Robata kept popping up. Even GQ Kuwait had it listed in the top restaurants to eat, and it did not disappoint. Just from our first impression, the atmosphere was jaw dropping. The waiters were dressed in elegant form fitting white and the layout of the restaurant felt very elegant. We had a party of 16 and the manager (sorry don’t know his name) was very understanding and seated us almost immediately without a reservation. The restaurant is very roomy and we were all able to sit at the same table. I ordered the Louisiana Chicken Karaage, Crab Avocado Maki, Special Salmon Roll, and Fuji Fries. Everything looked amazing and tasted even better than it looked! Our waiter, Negi, was extremely professional and we had excellent service. Overall, if I’m ever in the city again, I will 100% make sure this is my first spot to eat at!

I recently dined at White Robata restaurant in Kuwait and have mixed feelings about my experience. While the atmosphere was lovely and the service was impeccable, I was disappointed by the quality of some of the dishes. Having visited the restaurant multiple times before, I had high expectations, especially considering it to be a high-end dine-in restaurant however, I found the quality of some dishes are lacking. As a returning customer, I hold this establishment in high regard and expect unique, flavorful dishes proportional with its status. Here is my concern: The Grilled Tiger Shrimp had a fishy aftertaste, and most dishes were just average with small portions that are embarrassing. Additionally, the passion fruit mojitos failed to meet expectations & were dreadfully bitter, lacking the desired depth of flavor despite additional syrup. I hope the restaurant improves its food quality in the future, - I personally wouldn't return based on this experience as it seems overrated to me now.

I believe that focusing on enhancing the culinary offerings would further elevate the overall dining experience at White Robata. All the...

An amazing brasserie in kuwait and a hidden Gem in one of the finest institution which is the cultural center. it was the first time that I ever went to the restaurant area of the center and was absolutely surprised and grateful to my friends who have made the recommendation , and they were right. my friend was initially invited by his young grand daughter to try the outlet with them, as he has been an admirer ever since. the setting was amazing from the open grill kitchen, to the amazing menu of Asian influence, with a professional service staff wearing wonderful uniform. the table setting was close to perfect, with a change of cutlery and plates with the new menu orders. nothing was too much for them. Definitely, we will be visit them again. very delicious food with new menu ideas presented at the table. Each order we had was artistically presented, with each bite tasting uniquely. so much to talk about on...
