After a week in Pakse, we found this place who makes a great cappuccino and happy to say the best taste, consistency and creamy foam like back home in Australia.

the banana muffins are delicious to for a quick snack and enjoyed the mini baguette with apple baked inside (the owner called it apple bread) it’s not full of apple , just enough to give little surprise when biting into the soft crunchy exterior and perfect density bread!

the owner is a delight to talk to and all smiles when entering - such a warm welcome!

we are only sorry we didn’t find this place sooner as we would be here every morning!

i’ve provided a picture of the exterior as it’s easy to miss this cafe and like laos, a lot of roads are not paved either. It’s not far from the main road.

inside the cafe it’s choice of decor is clean and warm with stylish tapestry hanging...

I discovered a hidden gem of a coffee shop just across from La Boulange, owned by a Japanese guy who enjoys laid-back pace of Pakse. From the outside, you wouldn't guess the tranquil oasis that awaits within. Stepping inside, I was enveloped by an atmosphere of quiet and calm. The ambiance is ideal for those looking to daydream or enjoy a peaceful moment before returning back to their daily life. Sipping on their excellently crafted coffee in the late afternoon felt like a serene escape. It's also the perfect spot to unwind after a satisfying meal at La Boulange. This coffee shop is a must-visit for anyone seeking a moment of tranquility paired with great...

I fell in love this place :)

It has a very calm and gentle atmosphere. The Chai Tea was great and came with a glass of water. They have wifi and a bookshelf with a variety of books. If you need it you could also charge your phone. But I would suggest you just come around and read a book. 📚

The owner also sells lovely self made bags, key chains and much more!

I would highly recommend this place if you are searching for something small, quiet and...
