The waiter, Baiba, was extremely unprofessional and rude. She refused to communicate with me in Russian, so I switched to English, but even then, she couldn’t answer my questions. К сожалению, данный ресторан не заслуживает и одной звезды. Никто не встретил гостей. Почему-то, не смотря на то, что это пиццерия, нас предупредили что пиццу надо ждать долго, минут 45. Согласились. Вторые блюда получили 5 человек из 7, через полтора часа оказалось что про пиццу забыли, про второе блюдо для одного из гостей забыли, человек получил еду через 1:40, когда все давно поели. Ребенок получил пиццу через 1:45, хотя мы уже отказались от заказа пиццы. Далее, коммуникация между официантами и кухней и другими коллегами отсутствует, подача блюд одновременно- отсутствует, при жалобе/вопросе персонал испаряется с горизонта. Туалет для гостей отсутствует в самой пиццерии. В ресторане холодно, как на вокзале. На «десерт» куртка, что висела на вешалке у кассы оказалась измазана едой, увидев, что случилось, официант снова исчез с горизонта. Управление рестораном на нуле. Количество официантов в зале явно недостаточное и официанты не обучены принимать заказ, повторять заказ и в итоге не забывать, что заказано, и обещать пиццу в пиццерии, которую в итоге вообще забывают делать, а когда делают, она (маргарита) абсолютно невкусная. Остальная еда на 3/4 из 5....
