Our visit to Cili Pizza in Daugavpils was, unfortunately, less than satisfactory. We were looking forward to trying out the much-talked-about pizza, but we left with a taste of disappointment instead.

The setting of the restaurant is fairly comfortable and inviting. The establishment was clean and well-organized, creating a pleasant ambience. We ordered drinks, which were served promptly, and I must commend their quality. The beverages were refreshing and well-prepared, a redeeming quality amidst the otherwise disappointing visit.

However, the main reason for our visit, the food, never made it to our table. After waiting for over 30 minutes, we were informed that our order had not even been started. We had planned on a lovely meal, but due to this significant oversight on the part of the staff, we had no choice but to leave without experiencing what we had initially come for.

The service left much to be desired. The issue was not with the delay in the food preparation per se, but with the lack of communication about it. A more proactive approach from the server's side could have managed our expectations better and possibly salvaged the situation.

In conclusion, while the ambiance of Cili Pizza and the quality of the drinks were commendable, the service was disappointing. It's regrettable that we had to leave without trying the food. Thus, I can only give it a rating of two stars, based on this experience. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively and similar situations can be avoided...

Been there in summer 2023 and everything was amazing. How can you ruin your business in just one year? Waitresses doesn't speak any word in English expecting me to understand their local language. I've asked to try a beer before I'm buying it and been refusing twice. Bought pint of Brooklyn Brewery by luck that was a great beer. i ordered food that was said to be vegetarian in the menu, got it with meat and the waitress refused to change it and i had to pay for it though couldnt eat it. the forest mushroom soup has no forest mushrooms and terribly salty, again the waitress said they cant change it. waited for a coffee for 7mins only to see that the waitress was having a chat with her colleges and when she spotted me looking at her only then brought the coffee, i wonder how long it was just standing there. also the food is...
