Cepelini — Restaurant in Liepaja

A simple but nice place. The interior might seem odd and untidy at first, but there's certain charm to it. Moreover, the food is suprisingly good and the staff friendly, if a bit informal, but I've come to notice the people in this region do tend to act as if you're a part of the family. That is a stark contrast to the capital - Riga. In terms of food, I would especially like to compliment the coffee and apple pie (pictured). Visiškas NUSIVYLIMAS... nors įstaiga ir įvertinta aukštu balu, tikrai nesupratome už ką? Tik užėjus maitinimo vieta primena atnaujinto tipo valgyklą, vietos atsisėsti bent jau viduje išties nedaug... kiek nustebome pamatę ant stalų daugybę lėkščių su nesuvalgytu maistu, bet pamanėme, kad porcijos čia tokios didelės, jog ne kiekvienam pavyksta jas įveikti, ir deja klydome. Užsisakėme dvi porcijas keptų cepelinų, nes šviežių jau neva nebuvo - na ir ką - atkeliavo maistas... ir galiu drasiai pasakyti, kad namie MANO kepti cepelinai atrodo įspūdingiau! Apie skonį deja atsiliepimas griežtai neigiamas - arba jūs nemokate jų pagaminti, arba kažkas negerai su receptų - kepti cepelinai buvo beproto kieti, vietomis guminiai, tad šakute teko kaip reikiant pasidarbuoti! Na, o supratus, kad reikalas visgi bergždžias, taip ir palikome maistą ant stalo... aišku, buvo galima valgyti, bet tikrai reikia saves visai nemylėti, nes organizmas už tokius CEPELINUS jus apdovanos pilvo burbuliavimais, ir pusvalandžiu tualete!
