Pie Jana — Hotel in Liepaja

Our youth group stayed here while on a mission trip. ||We loved this quaint bed and breakfast. It is a beautiful place. ||The restrooms/shower area was always clean, and very spacious. ||There was always more than enough breakfast for our 19 person group of hungry people. It consited of the most declicious coffee I have ever tasted, cold cuts, bread, yogurt, cereal, cheese, and I think danishes on occasion, but always fresh. ||There was internet access in the Breakfast cafe, which is very convenient especially for international travelers.||Staff was friendly. The owner is very rude. We were traveling with kids and arrived an hour later than we had estimated and the owner refused to let us stay in the hotel. After an hour of going back and forth he finally agreed for us to stay if we pay extra in cash only. There is no ATM and no place to get cash!!! When we finally figure out how to pay electronicky with the front desk clerks private account and got to the room, the fridge was broken, towels old...

Spent a night here when I was in Liepaja.||Pie Jana is located between the center and Karaosta region.||It takes about 10 mins to get to the entrance to the center - the bridge on Tirdzniecibas Canal.
