Bea Basil — Restaurant in Riga

Booked family meal of 7 for Saturday night. Came for 5pm, there was 1 table of 3 people who have food no one else in a restaurant. Then, one couple came. We ordered food at the same time. Waited food for nearly 2 hours , meals were coming out one buy one, basically two where eating others were watching, then the other two were eating 5 watching!!! The food was cold and not the best quality. Only chicken was nice, that's all... My partner was the last one who got his burger after 2 hours' wait and meat was cold, so we just returned!! Couldn't be bothered to wait again 2 hours for burger to be recooked. It's a shame because reviews were so good we thought we would have a lovely evening, but it was ruined 😢 The waitress boy was really nice though, shame he was stressed, but wasn't he's fault. Food always needs to be served at the same time for everyone, sorry but you can't bring food with 20-30 min interval!! And if you can't serve 9 people for dinner, keep working for lunches only or get more staf in...

Augustā sakumā pie "Bea Basil" esam pasūtījuši keitering pakalpojumus uz kāzām, cena ap 2200 eur par 31 cilveku, kopā ar apkalpošanu. Vardu sakot, labāk nevajag ņemties, ja nevarat nodrošināt kvalitatīvu servisu. Pie edieniem tiešam nav pretenzijas, viss ir bījis garšīgs, bet apkalpošana uz 3 no 5, jaunie viesmīļi, kuri nesaprot kas jādara un ka jāapkalpo, kadā brīdī pasniegt karstos edienus un kam ko piedavāt, protams ar visiem apreķiniem ar Bea Basil daudz palika edienu, alkohola dzerieni nebija uzlikti uz galdiem vispār, var būt tas jāsaskaņo bija, bet mēs esam pasūtijuši arī dekoratorus, kuri klāja galdus, var but vajadzeja kaut kā kopa koordineties? Tāpat arī ar viesu mājas ipašnieci, ka jums būs nepieciešami tādi un tādi priekšmeti un ja virtuve tur ir maza, tad var būt varējat gatavot pie sevis un kaut daļu piegādāt marmitos vai kaut kā savadāk visu pardomāt vai tad atteikties vispār. Mes ka klienti nevaram padomat pilnigi par visu, ja jums ir pieredze ar kāzām, kapec tas niances nebija uzjautatas mums? Edieni - 5, Keitering...
