Disrespectful to loyal customers & food wasted

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, always ordering the same dish and leaving the same special request - no sauce. You know who I am. You’ve seen my order before. And yet, this time, you deliberately ignored my request.

What arrived was a completely ruined pork chop, drenched in sauce. I even went so far as to try washing it under tap water in an attempt to make it edible. It didn’t work. The entire meal (€20 worth of food in the Latvian economy) went straight in the trash.

You wasted my money. You wasted perfectly good food. And worst of all, you disrespected a regular customer who trusted you. If special instructions don’t matter, then be transparent about it instead of misleading people into thinking their preferences will be respected. Deleted Bolt Food too. Compared to the several "grills" around this isnot a Kebap/Pizza place: the owners created a nice though rustic "local beer bar" atmosphere and the (lady)chefs know their profession perfectly.

Optical nicely presented dishes and fresh good ingredients. The pork filet could have been bit more tender, my Šašlik was better.

If you have read above it isn't clear why this place needs to play the "hidden extras" game. A Šašlik without sauce isn't a Šašlik, for the side dishes I could understand to offer choice, but why to charge me 2€ for 5ml of a sauce they buy in 1Liter bottles ready made? Better charge 11€ instead of 9€ and tell the customer "free choice in sauce"

Only good thing was a starter bread. We waited 30minutes in a nearly empty restaurant that waiter took our drink order. When food arrived, my hamburger patty was raw. I tried to get waitresses attention and when I finally got it, waitress apologized and offered free dessert wich I accepted. I asked a check becouse restaurant was closing shortly. Then waitress brings the check and tells us that there will be no free dessert for the raw hamburger becouse headchef said it supposed to be raw. I think that you should mention that before ordering, it should read on the menu or waiting staff should atleast know that it supposed to be raw. Avoid this place or atleast don't eat ribs or...
