Vīnkalni Āgenskalns, picērija — Restaurant in Riga

We stumbled upon Vilkalni Pizzeria in Āgenskalns by chance. The place had a cozy charm, and the pizza looked promising—but sadly, it didn’t quite deliver. I ordered the vegetarian option in the Napolena size. While the crust had a great texture and appearance, the overall flavor fell flat. Something felt off—perhaps it was the cheese, the lack of spices, or the tomato sauce that didn’t quite hit the mark. Maybe other menu options fare better; it could be worth giving...

Ordered quattro formaggi, the cheese "recipie" is great, but there is some lack of technique as Vinkalni in Valmiera makes it much better - not so liquid. And there was a BIG disappointment in "unique" ingredient - pear - it was hard texture and tasteless. (Previous time it was much better). Please if the ingridient quality is bad in this arrival (happens) don't sell it - as reputation drops as well as will to come...

Apmeklējot ar ğimeni picèriju, secinàjàm, ka picèrija ir gandrīz uz stundu apstàdinàjusi jaunu pasútíjumu pieņemšanu, jo ir saņèmuši lielu pasútíjumu ar picàm lídzi ņemšanai. Mès speciàli braucàm kà patstàvígie klienti no pierígas, lai nobaudītu picas uz vietas un daram to ļoti patstávīgi, bet pat mèğinot uz vietas vienoties par divu picu izgatavošanu, mums tika atteikts un ieteikts pastaigát apkàrt. Ar mums bija arí músu mazà 4 mènešus jauná meitiņa, tàpèc domàju, ka ir saprotams, ka mums laiks ir saplànots un ar zídaini gaidít nevèlèjàmies. Manupràt, šàda attieksme ir nožèlojama un pat zinot, ka esam speciàli atbraukuši pie Vínkalniem, nedot pilnígi nekàdas alternatívas ir ļoti neprofesionàli. Varèját taču noziņot sociàlajos medijos, ka Jums ir radusies šáda situàcija, nevis naturáli fakta priekšà paziņot, ka varat iet pastaigàties. Sajúta nepatíkama, jo esam patstàvígie klienti. Ceru, ka nàkotnè uzlabosiet savu klientu apkalpošanas kvalitàti, bet šoreiz tikai vilšanàs, jo liekas jau, ka svarígàka prioritàte tomèr ir tiem apmeklètàjiem kuri baida picas uz vietas nevis...
