Malak Al Tawouk — Restaurant in Zalqa

I usually enjoy Malak el Tawouk, but yesterday’s experience left me seriously unwell. I ordered a chicken tawouk sandwich with garlic sauce around 8 PM from the Jal el Dib location. The atmosphere inside felt like I walked straight into Alaska, freezing cold, and that made the sandwich go cold faster than it should’ve. After eating, I started feeling extremely nauseous, weak, and overheated. I couldn’t sleep properly all night because of the discomfort and pressure in my stomach. Eventually, I threw up, and honestly, it felt like my body was relieved to get rid of the entire sandwich. I’m not someone who writes reviews to complain, but this one felt necessary. The worst customer service ever. Super unprofessional. 2 days ago we ordered from malak al taouk jal el dib by call (not toters). We ordered at 9pm to elissar. The staff and team seem very uneducated and not dedicated to their customers as they delivered at another location somehow instead of delivering to our home. They called us and promised to deliver as fast as possible, after 2 hours of wait, nothing has arrived, the order never arrived and not even an apology was owed. What an embarrassing place and how stupid their customer support is. Shame on this restaurant, i will never order from this place again and never was...

I had a very disappointing experience ordering from this restaurant. After placing an order, we waited over 1 hour and 45 minutes, and the food never arrived. Throughout the wait, we were given multiple conflicting explanations about the delay, which made the situation even more frustrating.

We tried to be patient, but the lack of clear communication and the failure to deliver the food at all was unacceptable. I can’t comment on the food itself because we never received it.

Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from here again, and I hope they improve their delivery reliability and customer service...
