Chicken Way — Restaurant in Mazraa

A long time ago there was a popular book called ‘The Wisdom of Crowds: Why the Many Are Smarter Than the Few and How Collective Wisdom Shapes Business, Economies, Societies and Nations’.

Unfortunately, many people's low rating represents this KFC copy shop.

The quality of the products can be easily reproduced at home with a frozen fried chicken meal sold in a supermarket, which is not special at all.

The prices should be lower than any original KFC, unfortunately, it was not easy to understand the difference between the price zones, given the way the price zones are displayed. I just wonder how they will be able to sell their pricing strategy to their customers. The atmosphere was normal but relaxed in a well-designed interior. Fortunately, the service is not too bad, in fact the toilets are quite well maintained, which is rare in other fast food restaurants. Kudos to the cleaning ladies who keep the place very clean.

A lot of people in the restaurant business don't seem to realise how much influence the cleanliness of the toilets in restaurants...

We went to have iftar, and most of us got diarrhea and even two of us had to go to the hospital emergency. Not to mention that I called ahead of a day to book, and I gave them our order through phone on the same day (as they requested) and yet delay happened with servings. The lentil soup tasted so sour, and some of us did not even eat it after the first taste. Also, I kept on organizing everything with the waiter when all the restaurant atmosphere was chaotic. Not to mention the 2nd worst part after food poisoning, is that I ordered for my cousins the Value Meal Combo (1,990,000 LBP) which says on the social media Instagram post that it includes 9 broasted pieces, with 3 extra pieces, NOT mentioning anything that these 3 extra pieces are about an application order nor delivery, which is very unprofessional (to be fair the employee on the phone who took my order told me that this deal is of 9 pieces, and I did not look again at the post, as I just took what my cousin told me of what...

The service was great, employees very helpful and caring; however, they only gave us one ketchup packet for 2 people, just a little pet peeve of mine. Cleaner was super nice too. The atmosphere was nice, tables were clean, had a nice view if you sit in front of the huge windows. Chairs were comfortable and bathroom was nice and clean. Food was terrible.
