One of the worst places, zero service and no management, waiters are so confused and the manager is absolutely away. We ordered sweets, then we recieved a completely different order saying that we dont have what you ordered and they delivered whatever they have without getting back to us and the first waiter dissappeared. We ordered wine, the second waiter came to serve wine, we were 5 on the table, the waiter served 3 and kept the other 2 cause he was called by another table so we served ourselves. We ordered another bottle of wine, the second waiter came and while opening he damaged the bottle, and he took it and disappeared as well. After 15 minutes waiting, the manager came and told me that we will serve u the wine in a carraf, and we agreed so that the waiter will not get paid for the bottle by his manager. 15 minutes later waiting without any service, i called the manager and he told me that he managed to fix the bottle and we will be served, when the bottle came it was completely damaged, we asked the waiter to leave the bottle on table and bring us a 3rd bottle, he dissappeared for another 20 minute's and came back saying we are out of wine.... We left in such chaos and miss management and at the end charged us 250$, what a shame and bad service..

Not reccomended at all specialy when you have guests you want...

Hello everyone I would totally advise you not to go to this mafia place . First I would like to share our experiences where the service was very bad and the waiters were very rude and we had to wait so much time to get our orders plus it’s very expensive so if you wanna pay this much you expect atleast to have good service. Second we met very lovely family from Jordan that faced big problem cause they wanted to pay by card they got attacked by the waiters and the guy was hit on his head with a glass that leaded him to hospital. We tried to help but they all gathered and they were using tools to hit , they even attacked women witch I never seen in any part of the world and when I spoke to the manger he was like leave before this happens to you this happened on Saturday night the 9th of September 2023 the seen was so scary . The guy was with his uncle and mum and aunties so it’s a family group and we danced with them and got to know them . This place is hiring gangsters and not educated people (حقد طبقي ) The show was nice but unfortunately not educated manger and staff with horrible backgrounds very obvious. I recently visited Anber Restaurant and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. When I made the reservation, I was informed that the cost would be $66 per person for food and drinks. However, upon arriving with my group of four, we were informed that we could not order alcohol or arguileh for this price. Despite feeling misled, we decided to proceed with our meal.

The quality of the food was below average and not worth the price we paid. The meat, including the makanek, chicken liver, ras asfour, and BBQ dish, was all of very low quality and served cold. None of us were willing to eat it. The service was average, earning three stars.

The musical performance was also disappointing. The three performers were not up to par, and the noise level made it difficult to enjoy our evening. In the end, we felt that our night had been ruined and decided to leave. To our surprise, we noticed an extra charge of $20 on our bill for nuts that were not included in the initial price.

Overall, I would not recommend Anber Restaurant. The food quality was poor, the service was average, and the additional charges were unexpected. It was a...
