Popeyes Raouche — Restaurant in Ras Beirut

Located just steps away from the iconic Raouche Rocks, this Popeyes branch has an unbeatable location.. easily a 10/10 for anyone wanting to enjoy a quick meal with a view. The atmosphere was welcoming, and what made it even better was the excellent service. The manager was incredibly friendly and even shared a personal story about visiting my home country, which made the experience feel personal and memorable.

The food was fresh and delicious.. classic Popeyes flavor with crispy, hot chicken and well-prepared sides. Everything tasted just as expected, if not better. Prices were fair.. not super cheap, but definitely reasonable for the quality and location.

very poor service, when i went for a simple meal because it was the closest to my house. i had to sit in a dirty-clean table and saw breadings of leftover chicken on the table. felt very uncomfortable. but when i ordered my meal. i waited for almost one hour when the employee told me the meal was going to take only 10 minutes. and when i confronted the employees about my meal they said it was right infront of me and the employee who takes and gives the meals to the customers but instead. they were the ones waiting for me to get my meal and thought they forgot about it because the restaurant with mid-packed. Food was good but they should focus on working their quality to their customers a oittle bit even tho the wage is little to none for the employees. Great...

Never again! I tried it for the first time yesterday and I regret every penny I paid during that visit! First of all, the staff were completely unprofessional, we asked 6 times over the course of 10 minutes for someone to clean our table till finally a guy showed up and wiped it with the dirtiest rag I have seen. Secondly, it is EXTREMELY overpriced for what they’re offering, it’s more expensive that KFC and chicken way and both of those’s food is way more delicious.
