Im sorry to say this, i love asian food, but unfortunately this is the first and last time im gonna visit this restaurant, the food quality is not as expected, i ordered a chicken dish and it was saturated with salty flavor, some parts of the chicken are normal while some are extremely salty, as if the mixing of the spices is not done properly, it made me throw up the food and didnt continue the plate. Other than that, the egg fried rice was the worst i ever had here in lebanon, it lacks vegetables and some extra flavor, the rice came in white color where it should be looking like light brown or golden color. The chicken noodles dish i ordered was not as expected, there were parts of the noodles white and other brown with soy sauce, the stri fry process and mixing was not done properly and the presentation was bad, i found a long white hard cabbage stem in the noodles bowl like the size of a hand palm long, which is not supposed to be exisitng in such dish as if the chef is preparing the orders improperly, also i could taste one of the chicken pieces Felt like crab or seafood, they might have put seafood by accident in the chicken noodles. The soup i ordered seemed fine at first, had some good taste, but when i reached the lower part of the bowl it suddenly felt extremely hot and spicy and made me stop consuming it "im just not sure if it supposed to feel like that".

There were some annoying kids in the restaurant, which made the whole experience noisy and annoying.

I told the waiter that the chicken dish is extremely salty but he didnt get back to me on checking the problem.

My overall experience is summarized by this: im surely not going back there again, no consistent flavor, felt like an amateur who is trying to...

Where do I even start? honestly I don’t know which was worst the food or the service. Let’s start with the service: the waitress/owner was VERY unpleasant, when we first entered we waited for someone to welcome us… no one did. And when the owner/waitress saw us she looked like she really did not want to let us inn or to serve us. When she was taking our order she didn’t ask if we wanted any drinks. Finally when we left she didn’t say goodbye even though she was at the conter and saw us leaving. The ambiance was off and there was no music. Now let’s talk about the food: it was bellow the average. We ordered spring rolls and the amount of oil that came out of it was insane, the oily texture of it was disgusting. We also ordered chicken noodles, it was dry and the chicken was almost non existent. finally we ordered sweet and sour beef, and oddly the beef tasted like shrimp… plus the plate lacked presentation.

This experience was really disappointing, at some point we started feeling like we just wanted to finish eating to leave as soon as possible. The only positive thing about this place is the decoration. But other than that it was horrible. If I can give 0 stars I would. Do not recommend at all, it’s a...

Overpriced rotten food details are below.

We ordered spring roles rhe cabbage was rotten he even admitted that they buy it frozen and with the electricity in lebanon I don't know where it went wrong.

We ordered mixed dumplings the dough was regular lebanese bread dough steamed rather than baked.

When I burned my hand touching the rice pot, I asked the waiter he said this is microwaved fried rice with eggs. The rice was Egyptian rice at a Chinese place.

I got stuck in the bathroom cause of the lock.

The jasmine tea pot was served in an English pot with regular mugs but the taste was OK given that its just a green herb soaked in water.

I ordered black mushroom with beef my friend ordered spicy chicken and we left the plates cause they were simply not edible

The hot sour soup the taste was off and that's not ehat it tastes like.

Finally we paid our FULL bill, we had to explain to the waiter who did not even bother to ask what's wrong with the untouched plates.

The bill was higher than all the other Chinese places we have eaten by about 20%

No desert on the menu thank god

Little China..... as rotten as it...

Been wanting to go to this place for so many years; and finally I have visited it today! I saw many negative reviews and I was surprised! Seems like most people either never tried Chinese food before or they want everything to be ready in seconds of ordering! The place is cute and cozy and gives you beautiful Chinese vibes (check the photos). I came around 1-1:30pm so the place was fairly empty; customers started flowing in around 2-2:30pm. So I did not face any delays in receiving the dishes ordered and all were hot and fresh. The taste of the food was sooo good I enjoyed it all especially the Sizzling Special Beef but i have to warn you it is very spicy. I also got the chicken curry, the vegetables noodles and jasmine rice and I enjoyed it all. The spring rolls were good but I tasted better ones in other places; however everything else was delicious and had good flavors. I loved the place, the ambience, the food and overall a great experience. I am sure to come back to this place again soon.

If you are looking for an authentic Chinese restaurant in Beirut, that is at the same time very tasty, friendly, cozy, and affordable Little China is the place to go to! We came with a group of friends and ordered many dishes to share (around this round moving table that was very handy); from soup, to mushroom beef, passing by vegetable noodles, to sweet and sour shrimps and fish, we tasted a great variety. Our personal favorite (that we would recommend) were the vegetable noodles and the mushroom beef. Everything was on point and we really felt like we were eating authentic Chinese food (this is rarely found in the other Chinese replicas around Beirut). We even felt the authenticity by the amazing decoration they’ve put in, making us feel as if we were actually in China. It feels like a family run restaurant and thus the atmosphere is a very welcoming one.

I see there are a lot of nice reviews here. However, I wish I could say the same. My brief experience was very disappointing. I didn’t even have a get a chance to try the food. I was so turned off by the rude and very unwelcoming behavior of the staff/owner, I just walked out and went to another Resturant. When we walked in, no one acknowledged us. We just stood there for a couple of minutes. After a couple of awkward minutes of waiting for someone to say “Welcome”. No one said anything, so we just found a table and started to walk towards it. When we asked if this was a smoking table. The owner very rudely said NO SMOKING... Terrible attitude. So We just stood back up, and walked out.
