It's not bad, but not quite there yet. Identity is a bit lost, and the menu is all over the place. My review is detailed given the high standards that this place should have.
Tapas: Mushroom croquette: one of my preferred items ordered. But even this one, I have comments on it. Balance is off. The mushroom mix needs something to counteract the very strong earthy taste.
Shrimp tempura: Good. Sauce is excellent
Bao buns: I have been craving bao buns. They were okay but not the best I have had. The bun itself is not light and fluffy. The mix is good.
Risotto lemon: good. Portion is small. I enjoyed it.
Linguine seafood: below average. Again, it's not the best we have had.
After seeing the reviews about the excellent desserts, I was so excited to try them.
Fondant knefe: If I had my eyes blindfolded, I would have never guessed it had any knefe element in it. The chocolat overpowers the knefe. Sahlab ice cream: amazing It was a good fondant with good ice cream.
Red velvet halawa pistachio: I couldn't taste the halawa part at all. It wasn't special.
Time management: we went there during a downtime. I think there were 3 tables in total. Service was soo slow. My biggest frustration was the time the team took to serve the mains after the tapas. We waited around 15 minutes in between.
The waiters, though they almost did everything right, never once smiled. It didn't feel welcoming and warm at all. The manager did pass by our table and asked us if everything was going well early on.
Side note: I think they can do better in terms of greenery. Get rid of fake plants and display the rest of the plants in a nicer way. After all, they are supposed to...

Every plate was a testament to quality, flavor, and creativity…succulent, balanced, and deeply satisfying.

Read moreRitage’s Sunday buffet is a refined experience—great ambiance and a generous selection of very tasty dishes. It’s a lovely spot to enjoy a leisurely afternoon with friends or family.
One issue during my visit was the wine-by-the-glass selection. Although several options were listed on the menu, only one was available—and unfortunately, it wasn’t to my liking. Additionally, the sushi station was not replenished after a certain time, which was disappointing given the caliber of the buffet.
To their credit, when I raised my concerns, management went over and beyond to respond—offering a poke bowl as a kind gesture. While it wasn’t what I was hoping for, the effort was appreciated. The real standout was the bartender, who opened a bottle of Château wine to ensure I had the experience I came for—a gesture that speaks volumes about the service mindset.
Despite the small setbacks, the service at Ritage remains extraordinary, and the overall experience is one I’d...
