This is already the third time I’ve had to complain about Malek Al Tawook, and nothing ever changes. The branch was completely empty, yet my burger took over 15 minutes. Only after I reminded the staff did they bother to grill the onions, adding another delay. At the end, the bun was cold. When I called customer service, they did apologize—but then asked me if I told the staff to “reheat the bun”! Honestly, what kind of question is that? Shouldn’t hot, fresh food be the standard? I even told him straight: “is that gonna fill my stomach?” The cashier then added that only the inside ingredients should be hot, as if customers don’t know how a proper burger should be served. Even though this branch is very close to my work location, the food arrived cold.
