Avoid avoid avoid this excuse for a restaurant This was my experienced we were halfway true our starter when one main course arrive the waiter placed it on the table despite our protests that we were still eating our starters he eventually took it away after with a look of disgust.When we finished our starters the waiter brought one main course chicken salad .For the next 25 minutes we waited patiently the second main course to arrived no joy. We attempted to get a waiter we eventually got the attention of one of the cleaning staff who got a waiter who went to get the second main course .The second main course arrived ten minutes later a total combined time of 35 minutes since the first main course had arrived.We asked why it had taken so long he explaind that there were two kitchens one making cold food one making hot and that they don't talk to each other about table service. What was served was substandard,pork ribs ordered pork belly is what was served with chips both under cooked could not be eaten see photo. We paid for the meal. We brought the inedible meal to the head waiter and explain our poor dinning experience He gave the same story as the waiter about two kitchens in use I told him the service and supposedly pork rib meal were a disgrace.We went to leaving the head waiter stepped in our way saying have you paid for your meal we walked around him saying yes .This was without doubt my worst dinning experience ever and as I said at the start of this review Avoid Avoid Avoid this excuse for...

The experience was extremely disappointing; I would never return. Even if this were the only open restaurant in Palanga, I'd rather remain hungry than revisit this place. I ordered a medium burger, but it arrived cold, resulting in an odd experience of eating cold meat. Although the waitress was kind enough to replace it, the second attempt was overcooked to the point where it was tough to cut with a knife. Frankly, I question the quality of the meat as well. After that meal, my stomach rebelled; I am vomiting and taking medication. I feel ill after this dinner, and I still was charged for such experience… My mother also is suffering with her stomach following her meal there. Furthermore, she ordered a fruity tea but received black tea instead. My brother ate pizza and seems to be feeling alright. The whole experience was thoroughly disappointing and ruined our evening. Great atmosphere in the garden, fun cuban-themed outdoor decorations. We got the “De Cuba Steak” and a pork steak with BBQ sauce. These dishes were the closest ones to actual cuban cuisine that we could find on the menu. Unfortunately the menu itself does not seem as cuban themed as the outdoor decorations. Everything from Lithuanian dishes to their own custom-made pizza was available, but we did not find any “Cuban dish” section. So, while the menu itself is huge, it lacked the most important thing - actual cuban dishes. It would have been very interesting to hear about cuban dishes and get recommendations from the staff, however, even though the service was friendly and quick, all the staff did was simply take our order and bring the plates to the table.
