Floros Simfonija — Restaurant in Palanga

Dont know where to start, I'll start from a beginning. Its a busy town and time at this time of the year, but wasn't very hard to get a table for 11 person's, staff at the entrance was so nice and polite, took no time to sort a table, got seated within 5min. The restaurant was packed to the brim, but the service was just quick enough we didn't even realize that our orders were coming in at the lightning speed, the guy who served our table was just more than friendly enough, he was good at his job. Lets talk about food quality, now this is where i really dont where to start, I'll try, Hamburger - wow, i do love Hamburgers, but the beef was just more than perfect, seasonings and the rest was just perfect, and i haven't had a Hamburger that good for a long time. Other food were very delicious too, specially a massive starter. Greetings to the chef and his crew in the kitchen. The place it self got us fooled, from outside did not look that big, but as soon as we entered it was endless surprises, counting in Rabbits just sitting on the outside seating area roof's and beautiful fountains and all the other stuff made the area so welcome and cozy. Basically the whole experience was at the top level. Just want to say thank you to Robertas and the Girl at the front entrance for such a nice welcome, also want to thank a Guy who served us and the Kitchen team for a good food experience. Will be coming back definitely. Cheers.

Place is very good location and nice environment, food is average, but WAITRESS LORETA IS HORRIBLE!!! LORETA was rude from beginning, refused to switch drinks while we still ordering, so we thought its difficult for her and ordered another drink, but the worst starter when we waited to pay our bill. She walked around many times, but never came over, even we tried to get her attention. We waited almost an hour to get bill, then asked another waitress and he told that he will let know to LORETA that we want to pay bill, we saw how they talked and loreta was rolling her eyes, but never come by the tabe. Table dishes was sitting on the table, she walked around, but no one brought bill to pay. Then we decided to go pay by ourselves by cashier and she saw that we leaving then she came and rudely dropped bill and asked: “maybe you want to pay” She just told that she is to busy, working as waitress 7 years and we should relax and wait because we on vocation. We were looking at this stunning restaurant all week and decided to have a nice dinner on our last evening in Palanga. The restaurant was beautifully lit up at night, with stunning gardens at the front by the river Raze. Rain was pouring down so we rushed in. We were greeted, but after we took our raincoats there nobody around. As the restaurant was nearly empty and the person who greeted us disappeared, we found our seats ourselves. After stunning outside looks inside we found dark wood, old pub tables not covered with table cloth which is at did not go with the good impression of the building. But it got worse. Poor menu and even more poor food. So disappointing... Actually food on a motorway we had earlier was delicious, had a lot of choice and much more friendly atmosphere. Who ever owe this place has some serious changes to make if they want...
