I'm from Ukraine, so while travelling in Palanga, I was surprised to find out there is a restaurant of Ukrainian cuisine. Of course I wanted to visit it. But when I came there, I was so disappointed I didn't evan stay for eating - the waiter said there is menu in both English and Ukrainian (it was ok for me read it in English). I always used to recommend this restaurant without hesitation, but I won't do that anymore. I hope they will focus on bringing back the quality...
