If I could, I would give 0 stars. This was a while ago, 15 June 2024 around 21:15. We placed our order and patiently waited nearby to be called for it (we were sitting on one of the benches for their customers). Other people came and left with their orders, even after us, but we were never called. And it was not even that busy! After over 30 min, we asked what was the status of the order and the cashier told us that the ice cream we ordered was sold out! No one even bothered to come to us and inform us or offer an alternative. Let alone, offer a refund for no item to serve!!! We were refunded in the end, but just because we demanded. The staff is unprofessional and rude, lacking basic customer service skills. The best they do is the eye rolling when pointing their mistakes - not even a sorry we heard! Avoid...

Really really nice ice cream, in a cone, a large waffle or cup. Ice cream there, one type, has Greek yoghurt added, and it was the favourite ice-cream of my lovely Lithuanian guide from Vilnius. Usually a queue, but this beautiful Sunday we were lucky, only a wait of 3 people. The waffle itself takes 3 or 4mins to prepare. Nice simple cosy seating area out the front.
