Dodo Pizza — Restaurant in Vilnius

I ordered on Christmas from wolt So, I ordered at 20;20 and it showed me that it would be in 40 mins;) In 1 hour it showed just a check and nothing at all So I called the support and they said that my courier was on the way and my order would be in 20 mins;) After 40 mins waiting from my previous call to the support I decided to call to support again bcs i was dying of how hungry I am Girl said me that she will call right away when she will know smth about my order And the final, at 22;10 she recall me and said that my order was canceled:) I have no words for that On my words that I waited for 2 hours, she said that she dont know anything So i have a question, is it a good practice for your company? For me it is the worst If you need any screens - you are welcome The one thing that happened yesterday is that you took my money and I will receive it back in a million working days, THANKS!:)

Continuing the trend of there not being much of any good pizza places in Lithuania: Dodo pizza more or less tastes like the homemade pizza your aunt who isn't a very good cook would make from non-pizza, boxed bread dough. It is not horrible or inedible as such - just something that you would not go out to eat at a restaurant, fast food or otherwise.

I ordered the 30 cm "double pepperoni," and, again, while edible, it was just "ok" and a bit disappointing insofar as they clearly skimp on the cheese. The real travesty is that such a small and subpar pizza from a chain costs about 13 euros, which is even worse than the prices in American fast food pizza chains. and when you consider the minimum wage here is half that in America, I really don't know who is eating here at this fast-food-chain-with-five-star-restaurant prices other than children with no tastebuds but with wealthy parents, or tourists with no tastebuds but with a fat wallet. The only reason I give this 4 stars is because the delivery service is lacking. The pizza is very good. My experience has been that they cannot find your location and if they do, you cannot pay with a credit card because the reader does not have paper. Otherwise, the pizza is great. Especially The Dodo which rivals pizza in the US, but maybe not...
