VDU švietimo akademijos svečių namai — Hotel in Vilnius

I stay there for the summer for university programs in the attached building. I have always been in a single room, they are spacious, clean, and surprisingly comfortable. The WiFi is definitely a hit and miss, and I would not rely on it all the time. The building on the exterior is also very soviet-like. The children are quite loud and up quite early during the week at the school or daycare beside the dormitory, but not loud enough to wake you up. The kitchens are decent, the grocery store 200m down the road is great, and an Uber to the old town is 2€....

With bus 3G just 4 stops from the airport ( ticket 1 EUR). Easy to find, at the corner of the main street there are 2 signs, turn left. Panorama, room clean, beautiful, extremely long and quiet bed.Nice and helpful peaople at the reception. Open 24 h, wifi, Train station 3 stops with trolleybus. Food to buy in 3 minutes. (I see from the window fast food and a supermarket, last picture). Center ot the city near, but...

A very basic place, but the price is very cheap. Bathrooms are clean, altho the kitchen can be cleaner (not to blame the staff, really. It's the other tenants who tirelessly mess the kitchen).
