Loft 65/66 Panoramic View — Hotel in Vilnius

We booked this apartment as 2 families total of 7 guest. The host was told that we are arriving with children. However this apartment is totally unsafe for children. It is in fact very dangerous. Anyway we arrived in the day of our reservation and was very disappointed firstly when we had booked we was told that our apartment would have 3 bedrooms and one common space and 4.5 bathrooms and out of those rooms 2 would have king size beds. However this was not the case we was provided with one bedroom apartment with a double bed. A sofa bed in the hallway and a sofa bed in the living room. In total we only had 6 places to sleep for 7 people. The booking was initially for 7 but the other family bought their 1 and half year old baby with them. We contacted the host and she tried to put the blame on airbnb. She sorted out another apartment directly in front of it so we had 2 apartments in the end. An hour later she text us saying that she would like more money from us because of the baby. However airbnb website states that under 3 stay for free so we had already paid for a child we was not suppose to pay for as our toddler is 2 years old. When I told her we do not want to pay we received very rude messages from the host. Airbnb got involved and sorted out the issue in the end. However this apartment is not as advertised. It’s not 10 mins walk to the old town more like a 15 mins drive. Dishwasher did not work. Dust all under the sofas. Some of the blinds also didn’t work. To use the bathroom you would have to walk through the hallway where there is a bed and if someone is sleeping their at night you would disturb them or hurt yourself because of the lack of space. City tax is not written in the original listing but this is something the host demand aswell after. Parking is not free. Host claims that if you have foreign number plates that you should park and ignore the tickets but this is actually illegal they are pushing guest to commit an offence which is punishable by a fine. The electric had gone off on us twice whilst we was staying there. Following all of this we receive abusive messages from the host because we left a negative feedback. Over all it’s one of the worst experiences I have had and the place is definitely not as advertised very modern I admit but no privacy and lack of space and worst of all a very rude and...

Guys, never take that appartment! It ruins your stay.

1. Filthy, dust all floor, unclean.
2. No information about WiFi + low connection.
3. Absolutely impolite & inhospitable host.
4. Lack of towels, detergent, blankets.
5. The light in the rooms was dull, somewhere there were not light bulbs at all!!
6. Stuck water pipeline in a big bathroom + host just told me to "revamp"... But nobody knows when it's gonna happen = we had to clean it by OURSELVES! so as to be able to take shower not to swim!
7. All furniture is lack of cleaning, worn out, BUT on the photos...

stayed here for 3 nights. there were 4 adults and we had plenty of space with panoramic views. I had to speak to the owner who spoke good English and was very helpful. there is a lidl outside if you need to buy anything. it's about a 20 minute walk into...
