Restaurant Pizzeria Lenert — Restaurant in Berdorf

Literally amazing. I've been to Milan quite af few times in my life but the pizza here might be better. We've been to Lenert 5 times now and everything I've tasted is amazing. My mother is a chef who specializes in Italian deserts so I was hesitant to order any, but the dame blanche was amazing already. The lasagna I've eaten today was beyond words. Orderd a pizza 90 minutes before the earliest available delivery time and they still managed to only get it delivered 45 minutes later than requested! (and it's a 3 minute drive, you'd think they could maybe plan this a little!). After that; I received the wrong pizza that wasn't even very warm anymore... Taste is good, but it's not hot, on time or the one I ordered, so Im sorry I have to deduct stars...

The worst service ever! We were waiting for 1,5 hours for a pizza on the outside terrace with +10'C! We were treated as waste. Cold and hungry. And the waitress never said a sorry. She was only repeating "you must wait" without any explanation. The other family with little kids had left without the pizza. They were also cold sitting outside waiting for 1,5 hours.
