Pizza et Pasta San Marco — Restaurant in Bertrange

We had a really bad experience on 21 June 2024 by paying for lunch 80 Euro for 2 adults and one child..we got poisoned with pizza with sea food in this restaurant,not fresh mussels. Next day we had a flight and should travel with a terrible stomakeache and diarea and also child.We were with child 8 years old and they even do not care if they offer us fresh sea food or not,by taking an order. Actually it was our second visit of this restaurant.Our first family lunch was there on 15 June 2024 and it was ok,but we did not order sea food. We entered the restaurant as a family with 1 child and we were asked to sit in a far corner of the restaurant, then waited over 20 minutes before leaving again because the waiters started serving all the other customers who arrived after us. Their reasoning was someone else would serve us even though we spoke French and Luxembourgish to them. We were made aware that Asian customers were not welcomed and rather left alone. Wir gehen periodisch ins San Marco, eigentlich ganz gerne wenn wir in der "Belle-Etoile" sind. Heute war wohl nicht unser bester Tag. Wir hatten 2 Pizzen, wovon eine zimlich stark zu nahe am Feuer lag. Soweit so gut. Nach dem Essen mit Wasser, Rotwein, Dessert und Kaffee, waren wir enttäuscht dass alle Tische um uns rum einen kostenlosen Digestif angeboten bekamen, nur wir leider nicht!!! Als dann noch auf der Rechnung einen 1/2 Liter Rotwein stand anstatt den von uns bestellten 1/4 Liter, waren wir doch wohl sehr enttäuscht, und haben uns entschlossen kein Trinkgeld zu geben, was mir eigentlich schwer fiel, da ich selber immer im Servicebereich gearbeitet habe, und eine kleine Anerkennung immer zu schätzen wusste. Trotzdem werden wir wohl beim nächsten Besuch in der "Belle-Etoile" die San Marco besuchen, in der Hoffnung dass dieses Mal wir mehr Glück...
