Bistronome — Restaurant in Strassen

Bistronome was an absolute surprise for us!!🤩❤️👏

We went there for a celebration event in couple. 🥳🥂 We didn't have too many expectations.

The menu was diverse enough for two people with completely different food tastes.👍👏We ordered each of us different option than the other. 🍽

I want to say that the food was amazingly tasty, even though it seemed made of simple ingredients.🥕🍅 The combination of ingredients was so well made, that everything was perfectly balanced.

I had the tomato 🍅 salad with feta cheese and Basil sauce which was yummyyyy🤤, and fish with carrot puree and foam, which were surprising both in terms of taste and textures.🤩👏👍🙏

The desert with cherry 🍒and merengue was an absolute delight to end my course. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Both me and my husband, we were thrilled about this experience. Even few days after We were still discussing about how tasty the food was, and what perfect combination of ingredients We experimented. 👏👏⭐️⭐️⭐️

I think that Bistronome raises each of the ingredients at another level, by smart and thoughtful combinations, that enhance their taste. Their innovative recipes are enjoyable, eye catching and absolutely delicious. ❤️👏🙏

First visit here as the dice decided where to go as usual.

My overall impression is cautiously average.

The menu first of all is very limited in choices. While it is not bad you still barely have any choice on what to pick.

The food itself is while interesting - and with that I mean creative and using different flavors that is unusual in other restaurants just not that good either. I never felt that it tasted bad due to the strong flavors and find the creativity good/ interesting. However, I also never felt like it tasted particularly good either.

The portions were a bit on the smaller side but okey. Cannot complain there. The cutlery was by the way not clean.

I just think that the overall experience and taste is not justified for that price. For a good amount cheaper you can find many others that taste at least as good although not as special in...

Had a very nice business lunch at the 2nd floor so that we could privatize the space. Nice decorations, the table arranged in a square was a nice touch. The food was amazing.. great choices, nicely presented (gastronomy level) and with attention to allergies. Fabulous. Our waiter was extremely friendly. Parking next to the restaurant might be difficult but there’s enough space right across the street....
